NEW RECIPE: Laksa Soup w/ Shrimp Balls
Made with our Laksa Paste from Por Kwan Thailand and our delicious home-made shrimp balls. Served over rice noodles, this is a complete meal full of flavor.
Laksa PasteLaksa paste is the foundation of the Malaysian (and Singaporean) curry laksa. It's a mild curry with lots of flavor and low chile heat. There are good instructions on the label regarding how to prepare it and this is what we used to create the recipe above.
Coconut Cream, All Natural - Aroy D
We prefer cooking with cream, a bit more oil and smoother flavor than milk. Typically cream is more costly and harder to find in bulk so restaurants are less likely to use it. Highly recommended, fresh pack just received.
