Thai Chili Paste With Sweet Basil Leaves
A fragrant, all natural, delicious mix of spicy Thai chili peppers and sweet basil leaves. The chiles have high heat, so just a tablespoon will really make you sweat, but the heat is balanced by the rich aroma of sweet basil. Use sparingly for lower heat.
Packed in a glass jar. Ingredients: sweet basil leaves, soya bean oil, chili peppers, garlic, salt. Product of Thailand.

Mama, Chan Tom Yum Instant Noodles
Here we have a fairly new style of Mama, made using premium chantaboon rice stick noodles. Serving size is 1.94 oz dry, which is a bit larger than most Mama noodle packs. One bowl can fill you up, and the tom yum flavor is just as you might hope for--a lovely combination of sour & spicy.
Add the three separate spice packets, then add hot water, and let sit for 3 minutes.

Plum sauce, Koon Chun brand, 15 oz jar
Plum sauce is great as a dipping sauce for fried tempura and spring rolls. Also try it with Panko Shrimp.
Koon Chun brand is one preferred by chef's--it's a very good quality product.

You get 8 stalks of fresh lemongrass, a handful of fresh red Thai chiles (about 6 oz), a handful of fresh lime leaves, a small chunk of fresh galangal (4-6 oz), and three fresh limes. We will usually have either green or a mix of red/green Thai chiles.
