Easy Fried Rice with Kaffir Lime Powder

- 1 Teaspoon Kaffir Lime Leaf Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Fresh Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 4 Fresh Thai Chili Pods, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken, Diced
- 1 1/2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce (more or less to taste)
Method for Easy Fried Rice with Kaffir Lime Powder
In a medium wok or skillet heat oil and garlic on medium-high heat until golden brown. Add thai chilies, then chicken and heat for several minutes, add rice, cook for 2-3 minutes, add kaffir lime leaf powder, stir-fry couple more minutes, add fish sauce. Serve hot.
