Tom Yum Pork flavor noodles have a unique flavor that's quite popular. Tom yum hot and sour piquant soup common throughout Thailand.
Back in Stock: Inaka Udon
Udon noodles are thick Japanese noodles made of wheat flour. They can be eaten hot or cold.
We recently enjoyed Udon soup, see recipe link below. We added a piece of barbecued fish to the soup and served it with beer, for a delicious combination.
Recipe: Fried Spring RollsThese spring rolls can be made really quickly, as the filling is so basic and things are put together using eyeball rather than strict measurements. Fun to make and you can develop your own style. We like making several dozen at a time then storing uncooked rolls in the freezer in a ziplock bag.

Mae Pranom Pineapple Chilli Sauce
Great dipping sauce for the spring roll recipe above.
Mae Pranom introduced this to markets in Thailand a few years ago, and we have been importing it directly from them ever since.
The flavor is an excellent blend of sweet & tangy with a noticeable burst of chili heat. A wonderful dipping sauce for any grilled, roasted, or fried meats. Not just perfect for dipping spring rolls, this is a great marinade for any style of barbecue.

Eat as a snack, alone or with steamed jasmine rice. The clams are cooked, and spiced with Thai chili peppers. This is a delicious snack food in Thailand.
