Thai Red Pork Mix
If you've ever had "moo dang" in Thailand, this will bring back tasty memories. Also known as Char Siu, or Chinese barbecue pork. See our Lobo brand mix and recipe for home-made red pork.
Salid Thong Crispy Fish - Combination
We now have the best tasting fish snack from Thailand, crispy salid fish of excellent quality packed in a modern resealable foil package.
Thai Chilli Paste w/Holy Basil
We used this to prepare a delicious holy basil chicken, see pictures below.
1/ Start by cutting vegetables of your choice, we used carrot and red bell pepper sliced using our Wave Knife, and snow peas.
2/ Submerge the vegetables in boiling water for 30 seconds.
3/ In a frying pan heat two tablespoons vegetable oil, add a bit of chopped garlic and sliced onion then add 1/2 pound of sliced chicken, stir until cooked.
4/ Add one heaping tablespoon of Chilli Paste with Holy Basil Leaves to the pan and mix well then finish by adding the vegetables and mix briefly before serving.

Tender baby corn is new crop, always crispy, and it tastes so good. Just pop it in your mouth fresh or add to your favorite stir-fry.
