Truly a masterpiece you should try, better than anything home-made due to the quality of the fresh ingredients and the sophisticated cooking technique.

Back: Small Batch, All Natural, Most Delicious Tom Kha
Amazing Elephant Tom Kha became too popular for our small company, as hundreds of stores were stocking it and we couldn't justify the enormous demands of corporate food retailing & handle our online store at the same time, so we reluctantly stopped making the tom kha which was always offered at a fair price. It remains, in our opinion, the best packaged soup ever produced. A combination of all natural fresh ingredients, modern French steam-cooking technique, and state-of-the-art Japanese filling technology.
We just today competed a brand new batch, and it turned out as good as any we've ever made. The fresh celery we used was just harvested from a small farm in Puyallup WA, Hawaiian Galangal, onions & shallots from Oregon, and the chilli pepper, lemongrass & limes from California. We used high quality Thai fish sauce and Aroy-D all-natural coconut milk. We love this batch and highly recommend it. Nice and spicy as you'd expect, and truly better than anything you can make at home because of the synthesis of ingredients in the pouch.
