New Japanese Hand Made Knives
Week of March 20th 2025 we will get more Japanese Knives. We can also take requests for any style you might want, as we will be selecting them by hand.
This is the most popular knife we sold from our last available Japanese Knife offering, summer of 2024.

Mama brand, Bean Thread Clear Soup
This is another new flavor from Mama, a mild soup using clear bean thread noodles (healthy, made from mung bean flour).
We enjoyed making this with thinly sliced beef (see picture below), garnished with fresh cilantro.
Distinctive because it's made with bean thread noodles not the yellow wheat-based noodles typically found in Mama.

Mama, Instant Chan Clear Soup
Our favorite Thai instant noodles, made of pure rice stick noodles.
Made of high quality rice (pho) noodles rather than the typical yellow wheat noodles. Typically these are around 30% more expensive than the yellow wheat-based instant noodles.
