Back in Stock: Mae Anong Prik Khing
This is all-natural curry paste was very popular among our customers for a few years but it we had run out of stock. We've finally received a new fresh shipment.
'Prik' means chile pepper and 'khing' means ginger in Thai, so this is spicy ginger curry paste. An all-time favorite, distinctive because it's made without coconut milk.
NEW: Mama Bean Thread Clear Soup
This is another brand new flavor from Mama, a mild soup using clear bean thread noodles (healthy, made from mung bean flour). We enjoyed making this with thinly sliced beef (see picture), fresh cilantro and sliced oyster mushrooms then topped it with fresh sprouts.
Feature: Lobo Satay Seasoning
So easy to make this barbecue chicken yet the flavors and very complex and delicious. Inside the package are two small sealed foil envelopes: The marinade, and the sauce.
One of the first Lobo seasonings, popular for years. We just opened a package and fell in love with it again.
Thai Tempura Flavor, Gogi
Known simply as 'Gogi' in Thailand, this is a good quality multi-purpose instant self-raising flour used to as a tempura batter to make all types of meat, seafood and vegetables. We sell in bulk to restaurants, it comes in convenient strong foil packages.
NEW (Back in Stock): Mama Phnom Penh
This is a brand new flavor from Mama, a gently spiced soup they call Phnom Pen style. We enjoyed making this with thinly sliced beef, fresh cilantro and lime.
Made using the highest quality rice noodles, we had sold out of this twice in recent months and just received more.
Pork Vendor Knife
Designed specifically for pork vendors, and most every pork vendor in Thailand uses this knife. Very sturdy blade, slightly thicker than 1mm. Nice wood handle. Total length is 11", the blade is 6.5". Made in a village in Thailand that has been producing knives by hand for 200 years.
AMAZING ELEPHANT TOM KHA
Our Amazing Elephant Tom Kha continues to be a popular seller in our shop and many local supermarkets. The coconut milk is always so fresh, as are all the ingredients we use. Try this easy-to-serve, modern soup if you like Tom Kha.
