The book demonstrates how to carve both fruit and vegetables. It includes 14 detailed ways to carve carrots into lovely flowers and leaves in the traditional Thai style.

The book describes how to carve tomatoes, cucumbers, radish, eggplant, shallots, chiles, and other vegetables.

The fruit section includes apple, pineapple, papaya, cantaloupe, guava, watermelon, mango and others.

Make ordinary radishes into beautiful roses, lemon slices become conversation pieces with just a few special cuts, apple slices become stunning leaves, ordinary potatoes become cute little chickens, and it's easy to turn pineapple slices into butterflies.
