Salim is a traditional Thai sweet dessert served cold with ice. This is a modern, quality package allowing for quick preparation.
Put salim vermicelli into a bowl and pour in boiling water (keep the three colors separate). Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain, then prepare the separate package of sweet coconut powder by mixing with hot water, and add this mixture to the vermicelli. Stir well and add a few ice cubes to cool.
Ingredients: mung bean starch (vermicelli), sweet coconut powder, pandanus ordorus juice, artificial color E127 Erythrosins (FD&C Red No. 3). Product of Thailand.
