Method for Easy Fried Rice with Kaffir Lime Powder
In a medium wok or skillet heat oil and garlic on medium-high heat until golden brown. Add thai chilies, then chicken and heat for several minutes, add rice, cook for 2-3 minutes, add kaffir lime leaf powder, stir-fry couple more minutes, add fish sauce. Serve hot.
