October Thai Recipe Update / ImportFood

Hello again and Welcome Back! Hunglay is the big story this month, as we just got Mae Pranom's outstanding all-natural Hunglay base. Better than anything restaurants can make from scratch. We also have new Aroy-D Panang and Matsaman, new smaller granite mortar and pestles, and a fresh shipment of black peppercorn.

NEW: Mae Pranom Hunglay

Hunglay is a distinctive, rich beef stew and we prepared it to perfection using this Mae Pranom product. All natural ingredients.

NEW: Aroy-D Panang

Now we have premium quality Panang from Aroy-D.

Panang is a dry curry, meaning that the final dish is not soupy with a lot of coconut milk. Our Aroy-D brand is more expensive and loaded with rich herbs rathe than cheaper filler ingredients found in other brands.
