Thai Rama Chicken, 'Praram Long Song'
Back to Basics, make delicious Thai food at home. This dish dates to the time of King Rama 5, about 140 years ago. Originally it was made with beef, but nowadays pork and chicken are often used. Praram is a name for the God Rama, or King Rama, in The Ramkian. The Ramakian is the Thai version of an Indian Hundu epic written 2000 years ago. Long Song translates as 'take a shower'.
Praram Long Song is a popular dish in American Thai restaurants. Our recipe it's quite delicious. Sometimes called Swimming Rama, you can use broccoli, spinach, or other greens of your choice.
Thai Noodle Bamboo Shoot Stir Fry
This recipe combines the unique flavor and crispy texture of matchstick bamboo shoots, baby corn and noodles in a stir-fry with oyster sauce.

Handmade Thai Heavy Cleaver, 12"
Great deal on this serious, heavy-duty handmade cleaver in a traditional design, and a great value. Should last forever. Total weight is 22 oz (nearly 1.5 lb) because the high quality steel is really thick, but also well-balanced.
The thickness of the steel is about 3/16". Length is 12". Wood handle is 4.5" long, nicely-shaped, firmly attached with rustic steel pins. Blade is 7.5" long, 3.5" high.

Also known as "Prik dong" in Thai, hot chile can add flavor to many dishes, also served as a condiment.

Back in Stock: Mama, Chan Chicken Pho, Instant Noodles
Here we have a fairly new style of Mama, made using premium chantaboon rice stick noodles. Serving size is 1.94 oz dry, which is a bit larger than most Mama noodle packs. One bowl can fill you up, and the pho chicken is just as you might hope for--a chicken broth with a spice packet to add if you prefer some chilli heat.
Add the three separate spice packets, then add hot water, and let sit for 3 minutes.
Thai Bamboo Shoot, Strips, 20 oz can
Sliced bamboo (Nor Mai in Thai) is found in many different Thai recipes, and our favorite bamboo is the little matchstick strips like we offer here from Aroy-D.
All Natural, Ingredients: Bamboo shoot 52%, water.
The 20 oz can is a fairly large quantity so use generously.
