Udon Noodles from Japan
Udon noodles are thick Japanese noodles made of wheat flour. They can be eaten hot or cold. Shirakiku brand are made in Japan, and come in a generous 16 package. Inside are four 4 oz bundles. Highly recommended.
The key to our new udon soup recipe. Hon Tsuyu is basically extracted bonito and japanese niboshi sardine oil mixed with soy sauce. It's used as a soup base for noodles such as Udon, Soba, and Somen.
