Shrimp Cakes Dipping Sauce, 'Namjim Tod Mun'
In this video we demonstrate how to make namjim sauce for Thai fish cakes, a signature dish of Thailand. Very simple, and so delicious.
Fried Shrimp Cake (Tod Mun Kung)
3/4 cup fresh shrimp, finely chopped
3/4 cup green bean, thinly sliced
1.5 Tablespoons red curry paste
3.5 Tablespoons Gogi
3/4 teaspoon kaffir lime powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 cup Thai basil (optional for garnish)
1 3/4 cups vegetable oil
