Our favorite Kiwi knife because it's so useful, not just in the kitchen but as a scraper in the shop, as a painting tool, you name it.
Kiwi brand stainless steel chopping knife, wood handle. This knife is commonly seen lately on tv cooking shows but it's been the Thai standard for generations.
A nice long blade that's relatively light yet very sharp, it's called a "chopping knife" but you can use it to hack just about anything.
Total length is 11", the blade is 6.5".
Feels really nice in your hand, and what a great price. Hardwood handle with brass rivets.
