More Hawaiian Ginger
Last week we sold out and we just got a bit more today. This special young ginger from Hawaii is harvested once a year in the late fall. Order now and we will ship same day via 2 Day.
Finally Back in Stock: Aroy-D Mangosteen
Mangosteen from Aroy-D has been very difficult to get. We had to wait two years for Aroy-D to pack more in cans. We just got two cases only. It's a very expensive fruit and known to have health benefits.
Flavor is elegant, silky consistency, and not overly sweet.
Mama Instant Noodle: Duck
Duck flavor is a family favorite, with gentle broth flavor of anise and cinnamon. Every bowl is devoured quickly. See our delicious version topped with sliced barbecue pork.
Mama Instant Noodle: Green Curry
Mama's relatively new instant noodle is green curry flavor, which is very authentic to green curry taste. It comes with a dry spice packet and a packet of green curry paste.
Bean Thread Clear Soup
A mild soup using clear bean thread noodles (healthy, made from mung bean flour). We enjoyed making this with thinly sliced beef (see picture below), garnished with fresh cilantro.
Mama Pad Thai
This is the original instant Pad Thai from Mama that requires only boiling water to prepare. It's still very delicious and requires very little effort.
Add fresh shrimp as we did.
Mama Namtok
The instant noodles have a dark rich smoky broth, and it's not extremely spicy like other Mama noodles. This is namtok flavor. Add thinly sliced pork or beef, along with fresh cilantro, to make a more substantial meal.
Back in Stock: Kaset Porridge
The porridge comes in a simple paper cup, like a coffee cup. Peel back the foil top and there is a small spoon inside together with a packet of 100% pure jasmine rice and natural spices.
