Pad Thai on Banana Leaf

This video demonstrates how a well-known street vendor in Kanchanaburi prepares a traditional Pad Thai served on a banana leaf. The main flavor ingredients here are ground peanuts, vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and fresh green onion. Her cart is powered by motorcycle and she can sit on her motorcycle seat as she cooks. As noted in the video, she has received an award for having met the highest standard of cleanliness.
